La Amistad Project is a 1,183 sellable m² mixed-use development project that will be constructed at the upcoming new main entrance to Casco Antiguo through the “Puerta Sur” urban project currently in progress.

The current concept includes 12 residential apartment units and one ground-floor commercial space. In front of the project is the recently opened La Cuadra project, bringing activity and high occupancy in short-term apartment rentals, as well as new gastronomy options for the neighborhood.
